INTRO TO STRENGTH TRAINING FOR ATHLETES


In this Camp athletes will learn proper lifting mechanics to aid in injury prevention and long term athletic development. Once completed, athletes will have a proper foundation and knowledge to prepare them for weight training during their athletic career.


Dates: 11/27 - 12/15

Mon/Wed/Fri @ 3:30 pm


SPEED, AGILITY & QUICKNESS CAMP



This Camp will build a foundation for acceleration, linear speed, lateral speed, change of direction and jumping. Great for athletes looking to improve speed, quickness, running mechanics, and overall movement efficiency.
